Ingrid "Puffy Pants" Erickson

Puffy Pants got her trail name in the Pacific Crest Trail in 2022, because she packed a pair of down puffy pants she wore at camp every night. I hiked with her for chunks of the California desert and Sierra. A fun personality to have around, and an adventurous spirit, Puffy P plans to hike the Camino Santiago and the Te Araroa in 2024. I am planning on sending her a Bend Alpha hoodie and really hoping she can test my new sun hoodie!

Renee "Azul"

Azul lives in northern Nevada. She thru-hiked the PCT the same year as me, 2022. We met on that hike but still stay in touch. She has some big hikes planned for 2024. I sent her a Tahoma hoodie and a prototype sun hoodie so she can test and give feedback!

Big Marmot

Big Marmot joins the team from Belgrade, Serbia. A gifted hiker, mountaineer, and trail comedian. He taught me a lot of new mountaineering skills on our PCT thru-hike in 2022, and kept my spirits high. In 2024 he plans to return to the Pacific Crest Trail for a second go at completing a northbound thru-hike. I made him a Bend Alpha hoodie and a Badlands Beanie for his upcoming hike. If he needs more gear as he goes, I will hook him up. I also plan to host him at my house in Bend when he gets here.
